[Android] Return from onNewIntent if application is not in the foreground

The event handler defined [here](https://github.com/jolocom/react-native-ausweis-app/blob/main/android/src/main/java/com/jolocom/reactlibrary/Aa2SdkModule.java#L39) should ignore intents received while the application is in the background.
