Feature request: custom delimiter

First of all - that's the great ext. Thank you

It supports csv (comma) and tsv (tab) files only.
Would be great to have an ability to specify the delimiter manually (or autodetect maybe).
I have pipe file (psv)

don't know if you already found this but you can change the delimiter with the command CSV: Change CSV Separator or globally change it within your settings.json with csv.changeSeparator (see https://github.com/jonaraphael/csv?tab=readme-ov-file#commands).
