App crashes immediately when I push start

Sorry to bother you, could you help with the timelapse app? every time I try to use the app I can open the app and make changes to the settings but when I push start it crashes the camera firmware and restarts the camera to the home screen. Same problem in manual or other shooting modes, and all 3 lenses I have. I'm using the Sony A7Rii S/N 3376651.

BTW I did try deleting the app and reinstalling, and the app did work for a while when I first got the camera a few months ago (used). It also worked well for years on my old A6000.
