UI improvements

Hello, I'd be interested in making some UI improvements to the prompt manager. Please let me know if you'd be accepting a pull request with these changes (you may only pick some, those that you'd accept)

1. UI cleanup/polish - unify paddings, button styles, hover styles & whatnot. no drastic changes
2. more neutral dark theme - something similar to perplexity's design, instead of blue. This could be either the default or alternative theme
3. larger editor (maybe) - option to make the editor a bit larger in the pop-up, maybe using a <dialog>, so you don't have to go to the settings of the extension.

If you're down, I can take a look at it sometime in the future. Thanks!

@jonathanbertholet how can i make a dev build? ideally i'd just "load unpacked" in my browser and refresh the site i'm tesing on, but whatever workflow you use i'm glad to hear.
running debug only opens some websocket server, and running build:prod fails due to missing manifest.json.

actually, @jonathanbertholet , the only changes I really wanted to do are these:

1. the search bar is not the same width as the items / the divider
2. the hover style of the items does not match the visual deisign of anything else in the popup
3. (optional) the items are a bit too far apart imo

I don't think I'll be making the PR after all (atleast for now) due to simply having other things I need to focus on, but I'd be very happy if you considered these changes and did them. Thanks!
