Possible Blocking of Users In Response to "stop"

Not an issue I'm dealing with but I saw it on one of the r/homegym threads last week and thought I would bring it to your attention.

Looks like some users are either being blocked by the bot or are having some issues with actually messaging it after using the stop command: Link to comment

It might just be user error or settings on the user's end but figured I would throw it up here in case anyone wanted to delve deeper into it.
