When you copy+paste the share link there is a return before the text

@mattfik this is because of how we are doing the addRange code in utils.js.coffee. There doesn't seem to be a great way around it since we want to highlight the text on text click and the copy icon.

Even if we only add the range on the <p> tag, we still end up with a return at the end of the line.

I think the only way to avoid all this is to use an <input> and just select the <input> on click.

Since this is a styling refactor I am going to leave it for now if you want to take it. Else I can get to it maybe this weekend.
