Won't Upload MP3 from my Galaxy

This phone doesn't offer audio app(s) -- only cameras -- and Stakeout won't let me upload an MP3, telling me "sorry, only ... MP3s"

Tested in Chrome in Windows. Works fine.

Actually, Android displays the "Files" icon -- I must not have noticed before. It does let me upload audio. I successfully uploaded an MP3. However, I still got the "Sorry" message. After pressing the "Choose File" button, it doesn't offer an audio recorder program (Voice Recorder is installed). Check this out
