Allow us to add custom matches into namedMatchHash

Add namedMatchHash: namedMatchHash, to the defaults area so we can interface with the matched hashes and add our own definitions (e.g. more flag definitions, etc.) during runtime, instead of relying on the outdated namedEmojiString variable
