Jupyter notebook for working with COUNTER-compliant usage data
Allows the user to input a number of CSV files containing standardized (through release 4) COUNTER-compliant data to be analyzed for full-text retrievals as a measure of journal use. Performs various calculations for a high-level overview of the data. Also compares cost information, and utilizes the Scopus API (key required) to gather journal metrics for comparison with local usage data.
