Hi! When connecting to an Anima NXT, I'm getting the error

Tintallë timed out waiting for a response from your Anima. 
                Please try turning your Anima off and back on, then try again.

Restarting the anima doesn't fix it.

Hi! Oddly enough, this is the second time someone has had this issue in two days.

First, I need some info:

• Does the Anima work normally otherwise?
• Are you using a custom sound font, and if so which one?
• If possible, can you test with another Anima to see if that one works normally?

Hi,
I'm getting this too, new Anima never been connected before, nothing changed from as they come preset. Sadly I don't have another to check

@JanieStitch Can you try enabling Debug mode (Cmd/Ctrl-D, or choose from the Troubleshooting menu), then tell me if anything shows in the log window when you try to connect?

It sounds like for some reason it's not communicating with your saber. Hm.

Are you comfortable using command line tools? If so, can you download py2saber and run this command (with your saber connected):

py2saber -D -t "V?"

Also, try using Gilthoniel and see if that can connect.
