Full paths in /files

Is it meant to be so that files are named by their full path?
Kinda weird. You compile docs in your local machine and get something like C_myprojectfolder_myjsfolder_src_blabla.js.html

Hi. I'm also getting this.
The {{foundAt}} variable is substituted by the files absolute path on the machine

I just posted a pull request that makes this work for simple setups but my inexperience with vinyl makes me very worries that it wouldn't work well and could break further pipe processing. If there are any other ideas as to how we want to make this work I can definitely update the pull request.
