DevMode, Clear CAN Abort Message, Serial Debugging

Just run a short test. Basic function is working. Open points:

• No parameters / spot values shown in dev mode
• Clear all CAN not successful message is not shown. It was before.
• Serial debugging is broken now. Why did you change the port? If there is a reason, maybe we can capture it by two platformio-env

So serial debugging should be restored unless you explicity compile for Foccci logging.
Dev mode did work for me, not sure what went wrong in your test? Can you test again with the latest?
Error message indeed does not show up. I noticed in inverter.js there is UI code, I think I will move that to ui.js

I've now found the reason for the missing error messages, including the general CAN error. The "errors" command always returns status code 200, resetting failedFetchCount to 0 and thus hiding the message
