future development and releases

I would like to release this package. Since you (@jstnhuang) stated that you are not active on GitHub anymore, would you:

1. grant me access to this repo and its release repo, in order for me to merge fixes and tag new releases, or
2. archive this repo and its release repo on GitHub, such that it becomes clear that it is not maintained anymore and that development/releases are going to happen in forks
