[BUG] Postinstall: DB user error

Describe the bug
After running postinstall.sh the next message appears:
ERROR 1133 (28000) at line 2: Can't find any matching row in the user table

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install piler from source code.
2. Run /usr/libexec/piler/postinstall.sh script.

Expected behavior
The piler user should be created in piler database.

piler version: 1.4.8
