[BUG] GitHub issue template vs. address in piler -V output

Describe the bug
When opening a new bug, the text "Notes" says If sensitive data is required to understand the situation, then don't copy it to the issue, rather send it to my address (see piler -V output), but in that output there is no address.

You are right. In the meantime I removed my legacy email from the repo. I wonder if it's possible to send anything via github.
