Investigate Split Vote Frequency #8
Description
If you have a 3 server cluster and you kill 2 servers (including the leader) the 1 remaining server gets stuck in a loop of trying to elect itself, but obviously can not since it needs 2 votes. However, (sometimes) when we bring one of the servers back online the cycle of split votes does not end until we bring the 3rd server back online.
