feat(settings): a Shortcuts tab that lists every keybind and lets you set one
The editor's chords lived in the .slint tree, one KeyBinding apiece,
where nobody could see them together or change one. They are Rust's
now: keymap.rs names every action and the chord it ships with, and
Settings > Shortcuts lists them with what they answer to. Click a row
and press the keys it should take; Escape cancels. A chord another
action holds moves over to its new owner, leaving the old one unbound
until that row's Reset puts the shipped chord back, or Reset all
starts over. An unbound key does nothing.

A few chords are the window's own (Ctrl+O/W/Q, F10, Alt+F/E/V for the
menus) and are refused with a word saying so. The tray's labels and
tooltips read the same map, so a rebound chord shows there too; the
four tray strings that spelled out their key take it from {0} now, the
way undo and redo already did. Q and E's cut rows come with the list,
and every locale carries the new lines.

feat(timeline): Q and E cut the selected clip at the playhead
Q drops the clip's left up to the playhead and E its right from there
on - the trim keys the big editors have - each as one undo step. The
cut only happens when the playhead sits inside a selected clip on an
unlocked track, so a press with nothing under it says so rather than
chewing a neighbour. The lane closes behind the edge only on a magnetic
timeline, and trim follow carries the playhead to a head cut's new
start.

… set one (#400)

Ported onto today's main from #300: the page is one entry in the
page-per-tab list Settings became, shown on a desk and not on a phone;
Escape still closes the sheet on top before the keymap sees it; the
locales keep only the PR's real translations, and every locale's tray
line takes its key from {0}.

…CapCut (#400)

A creator who cuts every day in CapCut left Concat because Delete Left
and Delete Right were missing. #300 brought them as Q and E; CapCut has
them on Q and W, and W was free here (only Ctrl+W is the window's), so
they ship on Q and W and E is nobody's. Both can be moved in Settings >
Shortcuts.

They cut the selected clips the playhead is over, every lane at once as
one undo step, and the lane closes up on a magnetic timeline. With
nothing selected the one clip under the playhead is cut; with several
there a notice asks for one, rather than guessing between the picture
and the caption over it. After Q the playhead lands on the frame it was
showing, which a magnetic cut moves back to the clip's start.

The cut is built in concat-project (delete_to_playhead), so it is tested
without a window. The clip's right-click menu has both rows, which is
also the phone's way to them through More; the phone's strip is long
enough already. The clip menu's Mute row reads its key from the keymap
too, and the shortcuts doc lists Q, W and F and says how to rebind.
The keymap's display test now accepts the Mac's ⌘Z, which it failed on.
