Subject: [PATCH] chore(gitignore): clean null-byte corruption and add .kimi/

- Remove null-byte artifacts from previous edits
- Re-add tools/embedding-provider/__pycache__/ with clean encoding
- Add .kimi/ to exclude Kimi CLI skill configs from version control
