Add a JuMP way to access the PrimalDualMap

How to implement this is not obvious:
1 - We could have functions like: Dualization.get_dual_constraint(var::JuMP.VariableRef, dual_model::JuMP.Model)
2 - We could have a "JuMPrimalDualMap" struct
3 - Attributes?
