Hosting with Github Pages links are broken? Repository no longer exists?

I am attempting to host an essay using the Github Pages option as detailed in your documentation. I have successfully set up my GHP instance, but cannot find the necessary files to make it act as a Juncture essay.

Copy needed files

In the repository to be used for the Github Pages hosted site, add a copy of the following files located in the juncture-digital/hosting repository.

index.html
404.html
.nojekyll - Note that this is an empty file, a file with this name just needs to exist in the repository root.

There is no hosting repository and the files all come back as 404. Is this still an option?

The juncture-digital/hosting repository had been inadvertently archived (and thus was not visible). It has been restored. Please update this post if you experience problems in setting up your self-hosted GHP site.
