Unable to access juncture-digital.org on some networks

We've been developing an experimental site at https://www.juncture-digital.org/mattering-press/Hear-Here-Spatial-Practices and some users have reported that the site is not accessible for them. It's accessible for me on WiFi and mobile but others report that the server can't be found when they access that link and also the base https://www.juncture-digital.org/. This site also reports that the site is down: https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/juncture-digital.org.html

I wonder if this is to do with how the domain is hosted and possibly how different networks and browser redirect to the www. version of the domain?

Check if there is a typo in www.juncture-digital.org.

Since it's not working for either project, and both were working fine previously i think it might be a bigger issue that affects many viewers. there is some urgency because both book projects are under review, also by funders, and this is not a good look. I'd appreciate if you could look into this. tx
