Test in JupyterLite, JupyterLab 4, Notebook 7

Elevator Pitch

Test installing ipyforcegraph against JupyterLab 4 and Notebook 7. As a relatively clean widget, it probably already works, but still worth looking.

Motivation

While the lab 3.x line will continue to get security upgrades, new-start work downstream will probably be using the newer versions of these applications as more extensions advertise (and test) compatibility.

Design Ideas

• replace the lab3.5 matrix excursions with a single lite0.1 excursion
  • a future jupyterlite will support lab4/nb7
• add a lab4.0 matrix excursion
  • add some tests for Notebook 7
    • see examples in e.g. Support JupyterLab 4, Notebook 7 deathbeds/jupyterlab-fonts#72
