[FEAT] Add Quickview to winget

Manual installation and updates are inefficient for automated workflows. Users currently lack a streamlined way to provision Quickview via CLI.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Submit Quickview to the official microsoft/winget-pkgs repository to allow for: winget install Quickview
• Seamless version management via winget upgrade.
