License of the source code

I could not find any information about the license of the source code. Is it under GPL, MIT, ... or similar?

xGreed is based on the original source code of "In Pursuit of Greed" which was released in 2014 as freeware with the conditions: "These sources are provided for educational and historical purposes. No assets or code may be used in any way commercially. Personal and educational use only."
Also xGreed uses the BASS.DLL library (free for non-commercial use).
