[QUESTION] It seems like Quest-Tracking is out of sync sometimes

Is this a known issue? Sometimes, Quest-Objectives are out of sync and not beeing tracked correctly. Both with standard blizzard tracking and questie tracking. This also often happens to my friends, which are using no sort of addons at all.
