Installation Step 3 - Instructions unclear

After the ./deploy [project] new step (and it complaining about missing Jenkins), the CLI prompt responds

Checkout your files under repos/oms_cicerone then run ./deploy oms_cicerone init d7.

Then Step 4 tells me to do that after putting my database dump where it should go. Maybe the prompt should reference other things that can be done before running init (moving db dump to the proper location, not sure what else).
