In reply to kAldown: The addon is technically correct. Is a bad dessign by blizzard. to do an enchant you need an enchanting rod, whish is a bind on pickup item you can craft yourself from a rod crafted by a blacksmith.
for example "Nexus transformation" is a recepy of 300 enchanting, you can lear it no problem, but to do it you need a "Runed Adamantite Rod" and to do you rod you need 350 enchanting. thats the problem. The addon suggest you do the "Nexus Transformation" but is not posible at 300 enchanting because of the tool needed. so the recepy is useless for leveling up. This is just an example is not the only recepy whit this problem.
The enchanting rod is a tool to make you enchants, similar to the blacksmith hammer for blacksmiths. but you cannot buy it, and you need a better one as long as you enchanting progress.
Steps to reproduce
Have ench 300, epecting to have reagent you only get at 350
