Subject: [PATCH] ui: remove Closed Beta chip and subtitle from Extension Beta
 page

Removes the purple "Closed Beta" pill badge and the tagline
"Help us shape the multi-protocol browser wallet before public release."
from the ExtensionBeta header for a cleaner, more direct layout.
