Problem with Internet Explorer 8

I'm sorry for my bad english...

I'm programming a "jukebox" with jwPlayer and I have a problem when I try to set the number of the played item with .jwPlayer("item", number).

Internet Explorer said "Object does not support this property or method", for this instruction : h.obj.sendEvent("ITEM",g)
