Description for Arguments/Flags

It would be helpful to have the ability to describe what individual arguments are for.

I don't mind working on this and #1, but would like some feedback as to whether or not anyone else thinks this would be needed. Also regarding how it should look.

Can you explain exactly what you're looking for here? If you want to create support for it, by all means. :) I don't understand what you're looking for beyond the help() method.
