Added ShowPropertyPage method to DirectShowDevice class

We have had several suggestions and attempts to change the DS properties page to show changes in the past.
#14, #42, #50, #64

For my part, I had hoped to have a programmable (key-value-like) property interface and make it multi-platform compatible. However, since the fix has been stalled and I have not been able to take the time to help with this contribution myself, it has been effectively abandoned.

So, once I accept this modification, i.e., make the properties page viewable only in the DS environment, I will consider later to provide a programmable configuration interface as a whole.
