Permit upload of certificate and fetching SAML certificates from public SAML endpoints #5

Description

@bdwilson

Thanks for a great tool. I was hoping you could consider the following enhancements:

  1. Permit the user to upload a certificate (for situations where the URL is not accessible to monitor). Yes, user would need to upload a new copy upon renewal.

  2. Permit the URL to be a SAML metadata.xml endpoint (used for oauth federation). The metadata.xml file has certificates embedded in it.
    Here is an example of a project that does this. (https://github.com/devjason/saml-cert-expiration-check).
