ruby-mcrypt support

Few years ago I patched this send_nsca rubygem to use ruby-mcrypt (libmcrypt) for encryption (I think I tested at least: 3des, blowfish, rijndael-{128,192,256}, but all algorithms that nsca server supports should work (with little extra work)).

If this patch sounds interesting/usefull I could try to merge my patch with current send_nsca and send a pull request.

That would be nice, if it's not too much trouble.
It also gives me an incentive to fix the "can't install" bug.

My original mcrypt patch is in https://github.com/jjh74/send_nsca/tree/mcrypt_orig (I think it was my first or second ruby program so it's probably not very ruby like).
I'll see if I can update it to match current send_nsca.

(I'm using Zlib::crc32 instead of CRC_TABLE / self.crc32. Do you want to keep self.crc32 ?)

This is out of my knowledge area, but the Ruby code looked ok. Maybe add some tests? Make it less likely to be broken in the future.

I've just created pull request for ruby-mcrypt support. I added some basic rspec tests.
(BTW maybe the rspec tests should use 127.0.0.1 as default server in "should correctly send a message to the server").

Also is @tcp_client.try(:close) (object.try) rails specific ? Maybe .try(:close) could be wrapped in begin/rescue ?
