Add new text

As a game designer,
I want to add a new text,
so that I can create textual material for my game.

Acceptance criteria:

• New text successfully added to list
• New text added to redux store
• New texts are exported in texts.json
• Cypress test written

Notes:

• Carefully consider UX
• See List texts #33 for the matrix idea
