Conflicts with the zGamePad plugin

Hello everyone, I've encountered a problem where the Start button stops working when I install the latest version of GD3D11, and the initial screensavers and any other videos are not skipped. I understand that this is not a major issue, but are there any solutions? (Please note that when I uninstall GD3D11, everything starts working correctly again.)

Does it start to work if you AlT+TAB out of the game and back in?

If yes, then it's likely the "Union Splashscreen" that is stuck until the game looses focus.
