Feature Request!

Hello, there- this isn't an issue but a feature request. I was wondering if it's possible to have the task bar be on TOP of the game while having "Is Topmost" checked ON?

I want the game to be on top of every single other application EXCEPT the task bar.

I am basically trying to recreate something like this:

Although it can be temporarily set to appear in front of or behind the taskbar, its order changes whenever the focus change between the window and the taskbar.

Constantly monitoring and correcting the window's order is not practical.

When a game goes full screen, it stays on top of the taskbar. Therefore, one solution is to prevent the taskbar from being drawn on top of the window.
The image "Rusty's Retirement" uses this method and includes a setting for how many pixels to leave empty at the bottom of the screen.

On the other hand, I'm considering adding functionality to UniWindowController to retrieve the taskbar's position and size.
With that functionality, it might be possible to avoid manually setting the taskbar height in pixels.

That would be really useful! Especially if it can somehow read the taskbar height based off the monitor's resolution? Please keep me updated if there is such a thing. Thank you very much for your package- it is very good!
