Scrolling is glitchy and does not work on macOS

I have installed Venator via cargo install venator and then added it as instrumentation to an application. This happens when I try to scroll: it glitches all over the place and doesn't allow scrolling.

This happens both when I use the mouse wheel and pull on the scroll bar myself. This is with venator-app 1.0.2 on macOS 15.3 built with Rust 1.84.1.

I see. You have real-time following enabled (the top right play/pause toggle) which unfortunately means the table is continually refreshing itself to adjust to the small timeframe changes.

The immediate fix is to disable that when inspecting already captured data (don't worry its still listening and capturing in the background).

I'll leave this issue open as a motivation to look into handle table scrolling with dynamic data more seamless.

Oh. I guess that makes sense. The part where I was needing to do this to begin with was that it wasn't showing any data until I did, which I think is related to the timestamp in the top not being the current second. Maybe the UI fix is to have a way to reset that to "now" easily.

This is (mostly) fixed in v1.0.3. It will work smoothly with the default sort order, but it may still look glitchy if following real-time data and scrolled down in descending order. I will try to make that better as well since I see how that is useful, but it will take a bit more work.
