• Establish a data pipeline to process the growing SignalDB data using the methodology by Srinivasan et al.
• Release data from the first 17,152 MSK patients by Srinivasan et al.
• Results from the growing SignalDB clinical datasets will be released periodically starting the second year of the grant.
• Implement database and web API infrastructure and release them via AWS or equivalent.
• API endpoints for cohort and gene-level data
• API endpoints for variant-level data
• API performance improvements
