issue with RTSP streaming

Hi,

I have an issue with RTSP streaming:

The RTSP URL works fine with an internal IP address (e.g., rtsp://192.168.xxx.xxx/...).

When I try using an external IP or a domain name, the connection fails.

However, when I test the exact same RTSP URL (with external IP or domain) in VLC or PotPlayer, it plays normally without any issue.

Question:
Is there a known solution, configuration, or workaround to make RTSP streaming work with external IP addresses or domain names?

Do you have a full debug log of the attempt to play the external stream?
