Random likes based on pay it forward strategy

We can collect the data about likes on my avatar and likes on my pinned post.

Then we can get all online friends. We can exclude ones that already made me likes, and give likes to random friend which didn't do a like.

Also may be it is even a good idea not to filter the friends.
