Stale version in batch-colocation quick start and typos in installation and colocation-profile

Describe the issue
Three small documentation bugs:

1. Stale version: batch-colocation-quick-start.md tells users to install v1.6.0 but the current stable release is v1.8.0.
2. Typo: installation.md heading says "Install with helms" (should be "helm").
3. Typo: colocation-profile.md says "Namepspace" (should be "Namespace").
