Deep RL Plugin Available for 5.2 but cannot create project and run due to base plugin incompatible

I downloaded both plugins with UE 5.2 on my system however when I tried to create project from the Deep RL the editor could not load the base plugin necessary since it is only compatible with up to 5.1

There's a bug in one of the opensource socket IO libraries that is needed for compiling Mindmaker in UE 5.2. I was able to automatically compile the plugin but when I try to rebuild from source its throwing an error. In short, I have a working version of the 5.2 plugin but I cant publish on the marketplace until I find a fix for the socket IO dependency. So you can download the working plugin from this link for the time being
