Tram tracks connected to tram stops can't be disconnected

Describe the problem

When there are tram tracks in the road, if you put a tram stop next to a crossing, it is impossible to delete tram tracks leading to the track the stop is on, such as crossovers. This leads to very ugly crossings.

Steps to reproduce

1. Find a road that has tram tracks as separate lanes (not a mixed tram-car lane).
2. Make a crossing with such a road.
3. Create a tram stop on the road.
4. Use the lane connector tool to select the crossing.
5. Attempt to disconnect the crossover tracks.
