Add button "Remove all U-Turn"

Can you add a button (to the Options menu) that removes all U-Turn from any node?
I found so many U-Turn instances, in the middle of a street, that it is highly annoying to remove all of them by hand.
It would also be nice, if it is possible, to add a checkbox that states that U-Turn are generally, always removed / not added.

It's really bad idea to remove all U-turns.

In case of vehicle accident, approaching vehicles will despawn instead of performing emergency U-turn to use different path.

Despawning a personal car is deleting it from household which means you will see less and less cars on streets because residents won't have cars. They can get a new one only by buying it in commercial store selling cars. It may harm household budget, and if they cannot afford it, they will walk everywhere if public transport is inefficient.

The fact you see U-turn, doesn't mean it will be used by vehicles regularly. Often when they do so, there's probably no other reasonable way to get to a certain place in your city
