1.2 rc does not compile

Which version of QextSerialPort are you using?
1.2 rc

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.copy folder to C
2.use code as shared library
3. type qmake then make 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
make or nmake is not recognize as internal or external command ..

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Qt version 4.7.4
Please provide any additional information below.
Also when I try to open project and compile failed the list of errors attached

Hardlink (or copy) .\tools\mingw474_32\bin\mingw32-make.exe to make.exe
