run the mnist example on AWS

I'm trying to run [mnist_e2e_on_prem.ipynb](https://github.com/kubeflow/fairing/blob/master/examples/mnist/mnist_e2e_on_prem.ipynb) to train a model on AWS, but in creating PV/PVC step, msrestazure is required to install, does this example only support azure? How should I set it to run on AWS or local environment?
