Even I installed libicu76 in the container, server will crash when a player choose CT/T with error Stack Overflow .

The container is missing the native ICU library required by CounterStrikeSharp's .NET runtime. The project's current Dockerfile installs dnsutils, lib32z1, and wget, but no ICU package. On its Debian 13 base, add libicu76 to that apt-get install list and rebuild the image. Reinstalling Docker or changing the Debian host will not put the library inside this container.

I checked the package on a clean Debian 13 (trixie-slim) container and installed it there:

For a quick check on your existing container, run docker exec -u root <container> sh -c 'apt-get update && apt-get install -y libicu76' and restart it. That change is lost when the container is recreated, so the lasting fix is to put libicu76 in the Dockerfile and rebuild your image from that Dockerfile. The error message's System.Globalization.Invariant=true option can bypass the ICU requirement, but it disables culture-sensitive globalization; installing the library retains normal .NET behavior.
