center_eeg out of tolerance on long baseline, large data set

The data set is 15000+ epochs, -500 to 1500ms

center_eeg succeeds on 10, 100, 1000, 5000 epochs but fails on the full data set

Probably a numerical numerical precision issue, not a bug but worth checking while working on #23
