feat: increase file upload limit or add chunked uploads

Problem

10MB file upload limit. Fine for photos, PDFs, and documents, but will block video resources, large presentations, and photo galleries for niche portal variants (photographer portals, course platforms).

Suggested Solution

Consider a chunked upload API or a higher limit (50-100MB) for paid tiers.

Context

Wild Lychee resources module allows file uploads. Current limit is acceptable for MVP but will be a blocker for certain community types.
