Add ability to pause time tracking

Because running the exit command, pressing the up arrow key, and hitting enter, pressing the up arrow key again, and hitting enter again is too hard.

How would you like this to work? a "/pause" and "/resume" keyword? That sounds harder.

Good question! You could do /pause and /resume, or you could just do /pause and then the next thing you enter resumes it. Those are the only two options that come to mind though.
